Sant Tukaramji Abhangwani

"Sant Tukaramji Abhangwani" written by Prof. Lachman Hardwani was released at Dehu on the banks of river Indrayani on 31st March, 2005. The book has a brief introduction to Tukaram followed by interpretation of 151 poems of Tukaram in Sindhi (Devnagri) language.

Prof. Lachman Hardwani hails from Sevhan in Sindh, Pakistan and has now settled in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India. He retired as head of Hindi Department from Ahmednagar College.He is recipient of the prestigious Sahitya Akademi award for translation of Dr. Iravati Karve's "Yugant" from Marathi to Sindhi "Yuganto" in 1992. He has compiled Marathi-Sindhi and Sindhi-Marathi dictionaries.

" The Braille edition of  "Sant Tukaram Charitra" was released by Dr. Sadanand More on 19th May, 2007 at Pushpa Hall, Pune in a function organised by Sindhi Adabi Sabha.
